    How do I know how many records I'm currently using?
    Our management interface provides a summary overview of your website's record contents. At any time, you can add or remove any records associated with your account.

    What happens if I need more records?
    You can contact a sales representative using our contact form to upgrade your account at any time. Your service will not be interrupted during the account upgrade process.

    Is there a contract or other term commitment?
    Yes. DNS Services charges annually. You are free to cancel at any time.

    What if I need to upgrade?

    You can switch or upgrade between plans at any time. When upgrading, we automatically credit back the unused portion of the old plan before charging you for the new plan.

    Do you offer refunds?
    We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from your initial DNS Services plan sign up date. Sign up date is considered the date DNS receives your payment. After the 10-day period, there are no refunds. However, you may still cancel your account at any time.

    Can my business pay with a credit card?
    We are sorry, DNS Services does not currently accept payment by credit card. You must prepay for your annual subscription with a check or money order. Please be sure to include your account number with all correspondence.
